Description: Convair YF-102 (53-1785) on the ramp at NACA High-Speed Flight Station, Edwards, California in 1955. This delta-wing airplane demonstrated pitch-up characteristics during maneuver. NACA technicians equipped the craft with wing-fences which can be seen on the left wing to alleviate the pitch-up.
